As we have previously reported, Tom filmed a teaser for his upcoming film project In Between the Waves. Thanks to Backyards Surf & Skate shop and YDNA Boardriders, we now have photos from the event.

According to Backyards Surf & Skate shop, the short teaser “was shot on the picturesque cliffside at Highcliff in Dorset on the weekend of the 18th October 2009.” Along with Tom, co-star Ed Speelers of Eragon fame was also available for the promo shoot.

In Between the Waves is scheduled for production in 2010. Check out our photo galleries for a few more images featuring Tom and his requisite VW Bus.

According to This is Surrey Today, Tom is scheduled to judge a Halloween Coloring Contest for local Surrey youth this Saturday afternoon.

According to their website:

A film star will be judging a competition as witches and ghosts hit the streets of Leatherhead on Saturday (October 31).

Mole Valley resident Tom Felton, better known as Draco Malfoy from the Harry Potter films, will choose a winner in a colouring competition at a Hallowe’en extravaganza on the High Street and Swan Centre.

Thousands of people are expected to descend on the town centre between 2.30pm and 5.30pm.

As well as various ghoulish games, a Hallowe’en hunt, live scary critters and street entertainers will keep the masses entertained.

Swan Centre manager Patricia Lawless said: “We are really looking forward to what has become one of Leatherhead town centre’s most popular events of the year.

“With plenty of things to see and do it’s the perfect way to spend an afternoon.”

Whether Tom will be in costume for the Halloween festivities that early in the day is anyone’s guess. For those of you following his Twitter, Tom has decided on a Ghostbusters ensemble for his night of fancy dress frivolity.

He tweeted:

Check out the Food Network later today for the making of the latest Harry Potter themed cake created by Duff Goldman and you may get to see Tom Felton cutting the first slice. The cake was prepared for the New York premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince this past July, and is being featured on this week’s episode of the popular show “Ace of Cakes”.

Q: I am a fan of the original “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.” The boy dressed as a cowboy who gets reduced in the television looks just like the boy who plays Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter [website] movies. Is it his son?

A: Nope. Paris Themmen played Mike Teevee in that 1971 film; Tom Felton plays Draco in the Harry Potter movies.

Finally we received some news regarding Tom’s movie, “In Between The Waves.” Last week, Tom revealed on Twitter that he was filming a teaser trailer for the movie! Many production companies will film teasers to help raise awareness for the movie. We hope to have more information and photos of the shoot this very soon!

This film, called a European buddy movie by Producer and Director Benjamin Johns, is slated to start production in 2010 and stars Tom Felton and Ed Speleers as Luke and Guy.

Here is a summary:

After winning their first heat in a French surfing competition, a massive accidental explosion propels best-of-friends Guy and Luke on a wild escape journey. Chance encounters and surprises around every corner, they hit the road down Europe’s Atlantic coast with their new beautiful mysterious companion Carli.

But all is not what is seems. Guy and Luke are pulled in different directions by Carli who gradually lures hem onto a new path – to a magical coastal region in Morocco.
