Remember that iTunes Festival Tom Felton Went to?

Remember how we posted that Tom Felton tweeted that he was attending the iTunes festival? Well, according to Fearne Cotton’s short Twitter conversation with Tom Felton, Feltbeats is now pretty sure when, where, and how you can know what they talked about during that interview.

And Here’s what they said:

Fearne Cotton-

@TomFelton Thanks so much for coming on the show, man! It’s gonna be a great show! ITV2 on the 9th!

Tom Felton-

@Fearnecotton I know the feeling of the roots! Look forward to watching it on the 9th; hope the rest of the shows go well. x

[By the way, “the roots” that Tom refers to are not ancestral roots, they are hair roots! Fearne Cotton twittered how she had to dye her hair roots blond!] She says:

Then getting the roots done to continue the illusion of permanent blonde!

Feltbeats then had to do some investigation!

And this is what we found out:

Ms. Cotton hosts a show on ITV2 called “Celebrity Juice,” but thanks to fellow admin Becka, we know that the show just ended its season.

However, all was not lost because, according to Fearne Cotton’s official website, she is also hosting the iTunes Festival!

And upon conducting a search of ITV2’s “TV Guide” we found out that there will indeed be an iTunes Festival show Thursday the 9th of July at 10PM [GMT].

SO there you have it! Watch ITV2 this coming Thursday at 10PM for a chance to see Tom Felton’s interview with Feanre Cotton at the iTunes Festival.

There has been no report as of yet that Tom Felton played [or didn’t play] the guitar at the festival. Let’s keep the hope that he did, even if it was only a little three note jig.

If you are able to record/upload the show, please send it to us at or

Just a reminder to United Kingdom fans: you are able to watch ITV2 online here. If you have the ability to record via your computers, that would be the way to do it.

Much Music Blog Credits Tom Felton’s Musical Talents

In anticipation for Tom Felton’s appearance on “Much On Demand,” Much Music’s Kate M. [who also blogged about Tom Felton appearing on “MOD”], wrote about how eager she was for both the new “Harry Potter” flick and Tom Felton to finally arrive in Canada. In the post, she comments about several members of the “Harry Potter” cast. Here’s what she had to say about Tom Felton’s and his musical ability:

Tom Felton sings! And he isn’t the worst at it! His songs are actually rather adorable and sweet. Who would have thought the evil boy had it in him?

She links to two of Tom Felton’s youtube videos: Time Well Spent Medley and If You Could Be Anywhere.

If you are able to watch “Much On Demand,” be sure to catch it at 5PM EST on July 8th. Yes! that IS two days away!

As always, if you can record and/or upload the video please email us at Feltbeats: or

New Interview: Tom Felton Faces The Two Sides of Draco Malfoy

Life Style: Movie Magic Magazine has just released it’s latest issue featuring dozens of pages on Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Included are features on Tom, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and Bonnie Wright.

The three page article on the life of Tom Felton includes information about his choir days, his music, his hopes to get out there and fish some more, and why he would love to continue acting.

Some notable quotes from Tom include:

On the comparison of filming and fishing…

“Patience is required heavily in fishing and much the same with the film set. Some days it doesn’t go as fast as you would have hoped or you would have expected. But it’s all about keeping the energy and not only being patient, but just enjoying every minute of it – because sometimes it can be quite easy to slump back if you have an hour or two to wait, and it’s important to make the most of the time with the cast and crew while you’re there.”

On fans confusing him with his character Draco…

“Very early on, some people took very seriously how I was making Harry’s life not pleasant at school and they would plead with me not to pick on him. They seem to associate me with something rather negative which I can only take as a compliment really, I suppose. … I tried to reasure them that nothing was real, and that me and Daniel [Harry] were quite good friends, but it didn’t work.”

And on his hopes for the future…

“I’d love to continue acting. … By the same token, I’m keeping all angles open, really. I’ve been intrigued to do other things. I mean, music has always been a passion of mine, and nature and so forth. I’m not really ruling anything out.”

Other articles feature the actors behind Tom Riddle (aka, Voldie-Mort), producer David Heyman, director David Yates, the designs behind the sets, and the fun and games the fans have at conventions. Also included is a sneak peek into the making of Deathly Hallows which features a lovely interview with Tom’s onscreen dad Jason Isaacs as he recounts begging author JK Rowling to “get me out of [Azkaban] prison.” Life Style: Movie Magic Magazine is available for purchase on news stands through the end of the summer.
